Reporting to our Fashion & W&FJ Boutique Management, our W&FJ Client Advisor position is our key connection to the fashion client. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, our Client Advisors leverage the values of CHANEL to create desire. This is a role that combines teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit in recruiting clients and building trusted, professional and long lasting relationships.

  • Further the brands growth in the Watch & Fine Jewellery space by acting as an ambassador for the brand
  • By understanding who the potential CHANEL W&FJ client is, proactively seek to grow awareness of the beauty and efficacy of our W&FJ product
  • By working collaboratively with our Fashion Division, there is a huge opportunity to convert a large and loyal CHANEL fanbase to our W&FJ product

You are energised by

  • The Sales Advisor is expected to show entrepreneurship in order to maximise sales, with the agreement and support of the Boutique Management.
  • Taking initiatives and combining a strategic and spontaneous approach will be key for building a strong and personalised client relationship.
  • Mapping out, networking and reviving dormant accounts are the core of the business development.
  • Propose an action plan to attract identified VIPs to visit Bond Street Jewellery Flagship.
  • Offering an ultimate customer ‘concierge’ service at all times, as well as nurturing the relationships with the clientele are critical to delivery.
  • Having total knowledge of not just CHANEL product, but also having a deep appreciation of the wider Watch & Fine Jewellery market.
  • Contributing to the on-going and companywide version of sustainability.
