Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented accountant with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a fully qualified accountant to join our London based office in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work with top-tier Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, Debt Fund clients (but don't worry if this area is new to you, we provide extensive training).

What you'll be doing

  • Own your clients - Be the go-to expert for designated Private Equity or Real Etate clients, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Review & report - Oversee quarterly and annually financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP or IFRS.
  • Manage investor transactions - Review and validate investor drawdowns and distributions, ensuring seamless fund movements.
  • Keep communication flowing - Maintain regular client interactions, acting as their trusted financial partner.
  • Lead & mentor - Support and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge to help them grow.
  • Improve & innovate - Identify ways to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and reduce risk.

Qualifications

What we're looking for -

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
  • Strong experience in client relationship management and financial reporting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
