Job Description:

Telesales Representative – Envelopes & Office Supplies | Remote | 37 hours per week | £22,400.00 base with achievable, uncapped, on target earnings of £19,000 p/a.

Job Summary:

We’re on the hunt for a go-getter to join us as a Telesales Representative in our Office Supplies and Envelopes team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the value of our existing customer base by selling office supplies and envelopes. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities to cross-sell, aiming to increase the overall value of your client portfolio. With monthly sales targets, your focus will be on keeping our customers happy and finding new opportunities to sell more. Your main tasks will include building strong relationships, upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Meet and exceed your sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep accurate records of your sales activities.
  • Listen to customer needs and find solutions.
