Client Account Director
Location: Remote/London | Department: Account Management

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Account Director to join our Account Management team. This role is ideal for a seasoned, relationship-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of client success, revenue growth, and strategic partnership.

As the Client Account Director, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our top-tier corporate clients—from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Your mission: strengthen client relationships, ensure successful delivery of training solutions, drive retention, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Our clients count on us to bring expertise and support as they build world-class finance training programs—and you’ll be central to delivering on that promise.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders at WSP and decision-makers at top financial institutions. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-stakes environments that require strategic thinking, creativity, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to a portfolio of our top-tier corporate clients.
  • Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to track progress, share insights, and identify new needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to transition new clients into active partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams—including product, operations, and instructors—to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Partner with senior leaders at WSP, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director, to shape strategy and maximize impact across the corporate vertical.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of account management experience, with a strong focus on client retention, upselling, and relationship-building.
  • Proven success managing renewal cycles and growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management, private equity, corporate finance).
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations to identify new opportunities.
  • Highly independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail across a portfolio of clients.

What We Offer

  • A fun, high-energy startup culture
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Home office setup stipend
  • Core values-based leadership and team environment
  • Opportunities for learning, growth, and leadership as part of a rapidly scaling company
