The Role
This role is responsible for developing a regional Affiliate strategy that ladders up to global goals. This person will own Enterprise partner onboarding, activation and revenue optimisation in order to achieve or exceed revenue goals, with a specific lens on key lighthouse merchants.
You Will:

  • Be accountable for key sales functions, such as pipeline management, prospecting and pitching, map-to-gap planning and sales communications
  • Lead relationships with existing sales and marketing teams across our organisation, partnering closely with the UK Partnerships lead to drive region's overall success
  • Work closely with UK Partnerships team to optimize client yield, partnering together on applicable ways to unlock client revenue in addition to partnership on key regional and leadership updates
  • Measure and communicate our ads performance to all internal and external partners
  • Build internal processes to streamline workflows
  • Develop executive level relationships with key Enterprise merchants
  • Act as market expert, attending external events and internal meetings
  • Serve as player/coach, overseeing shared junior account executive


You Have:

  • 5+ years experience in a partnership and revenue driving teams and team management
  • Experience meeting and exceeding targets, particularly among Enterprise clients
  • Ability to build relationships within multiple vertical/industries
  • High level of enthusiasm
  • Curious, solutions focussed individual
  • Understand analytical and quantitative levers used by our merchants
  • You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all teams and shape the future with excitement
