Job Details
 

  • Actively supporting our Commercial Manager to support the delivery of our credit hire claims strategy and own key parts of commercial initiatives to help improve our credit hire performance

  • Through analysis of data and market insights, supporting the identification and development of all credit hire claims systems and process improvements in order to streamline our claims handling processes

  • Closely monitoring the performance of the credit hire function using development data, identifying areas of concern and highlighting these along with recommendations for improvement

  • Supporting the creation of all necessary MI, working with Claims Analytics, Commercial Analysts and external suppliers to ensure that the MI is appropriate, timely and accurate

  • Working collaboratively with our team of Credit Hire Specialists and Technical Specialists to identify appropriate focus areas based on changing performance need

  • Working collaboratively with all other project teams in respect of projects and initiatives which incorporate elements impacting our credit hire team, providing support and input to ensure the success of the project


Skills we would love you to have
 

  • Good analytic skills - able to consume, manipulate and interpret  Claims data to bring clarity and insight into commercial performance

  • Strong data visualisation skills (such as Excel and Power BI) to bring data to life for differing stakeholders

  • Knowledge of motor claims and/or credit hire is a huge advantage for this role
