Bondsmith is a high-growth fintech building the future of savings infrastructure. We work with leading banks, platforms, and wealth managers to power cash solutions for thousands of customers. We’re scaling quickly – but with that comes the challenge of ensuring the internal culture and clarity of execution keep pace.
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve internal cohesion, execution, and morale. This is a critical, high-trust role with broad remit. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO – helping turn strategy into action, and ideas into operational momentum.
What You’ll DoBe a sparring partner to the CEO on strategy, comms, people, and execution
Drive internal clarity: ensure teams understand company priorities and how their work connects to them
Identify and fix organisational bottlenecks – whether it's unclear ownership, poor communication, or morale drag
Own key internal cadences (e.g. leadership meetings, all-hands, offsites, planning cycles)
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and push through strategic initiatives
Serve as a sounding board and advisor to managers and leads across the business
Help shape and uphold company culture and values in a way that’s authentic and effective
Step into firefights and plug temporary gaps as needed – this is a hands-on role
3+ years experience in consulting or a generalist operator role in a fast-paced startup
High EQ, with a calm, credible presence – someone people trust and talk to
Strong communication and synthesis skills – you can take complexity and turn it into clarity
Not just strategic – you’re biased toward action and know how to get things done
Empathy for startup chaos and ambiguity, with a desire to bring structure without bureaucracy
Comfortable dealing with sensitive issues and navigating internal politics with discretion
Belief in Bondsmith’s mission, and excitement to help shape the next phase of its growth
