There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.
Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.
The Chief of Staff will drive major priorities across ActAI and its portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on operating role for someone who can move across businesses and functions, solve difficult problems and drive important work from decision through execution.

Strong experience in a technology company, high-growth startup, strategy/operations role, top-tier consulting firm or your own startup.
Track record owning complex projects with measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical and commercial judgement with the ability to work through data, financials and business problems.
Able to learn unfamiliar businesses and functions quickly and get into the details.
Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured thinking.
Hands-on operating style - able to do the analysis, build the plan and drive the execution personally.
