About Pave Bank

Pave Bank is on a mission to reinvent banking for the world's most ambitious businesses. As a fully licensed commercial bank, we combine regulated banking with digital asset infrastructure to make moving money globally faster, simpler and programmable. We're reimagining how global businesses access and move capital by bridging traditional finance and digital assets. Joining Pave means becoming part of a fast-growing institution redefining this convergence. We're a team of 70+ across the UK, Georgia and Singapore, backed by leading global investors including Accel, Tether Investments, Quona Capital, Wintermute and Further Ventures, and we're growing fast.

About the role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO and leadership team – driving the company's most important strategic initiatives, sharpening how we operate, and acting as a force multiplier for the CEO. This role offers visibility across the entire company and the wider world of investors, regulators, the financial sector and clients that our leadership engages with.

What you’ll be doing
  • Formulating cross-functional strategic projects and owning their execution end to end.

  • Staying close to performance data: understanding the underlying drivers, building a regular reporting cadence, and identifying and leading strategic transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborating across the company to drive impact and unblock complex challenges.

  • Ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee forums.

  • Preparing and disseminating major company communications.

  • Representing the CEO to the organisation and in key forums.

You should apply if you are:
  • 5+ years experience in top tier investment banking or consulting firms - and - ideally, a growth stage company, in tech or regulated financial services.

  • Highly analytical, with a track record of driving outcomes through influence and consensus-building.

  • Able to execute on multiple high value and complex projects simultaneously.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative to deliver high impact and unblock complex challenges.

  • A strong project manager and operator, organised and relentless about streamlining processes.

  • An excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to constructively challenge those you work with.

  • Able to travel relatively frequently.
