About the team

Supporting the Executive Group President, Head of Global Enterprise at Worldpay, the Business Performance Team is focused on Commercial Growth, Strategy, and Business Administration. Together with the leaders of Global Enterprise, they will drive key strategic initiatives, as well as supporting the VP – Chief of Staff for Global Enterprise to help deliver the Chief of Staff function for the Executive Group President. This is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract position.

What you will be doing

In this role in the Chief of Staff Office – Business Performance Senior Manager, you will be working in partnership with business leaders across the Worldpay organization, identifying growth creation opportunities for the Global Enterprise business, and ensuring execution of strategic initiatives for the Global Enterprise line of business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Undertake autonomous quantitative and qualitative research and analysis with your team to make decisions, pushing through recommendations for business growth
  • Lead financial business analysis, decision support and strategic analysis for the growth of the Global Enterprise business
  • Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices
  • Engage with business and cross-functional leaders to ensure availability and readiness of resources required to execute against Global Enterprise’s strategic plans
  • Proactively identify solutions and actionable insights (e.g. analysis of business performance metrics) that will help support changes to Global Enterprise line of business
  • Liaise with various functions across the business (e.g. Sales, Finance, Go-To-Market) and support their analysis of key activity metrics, and reporting on progress to Global Enterprise leadership
  • Present regularly to senior management and cross-functional partners, detailing key initiatives and the financial impact of strategic projects, and seek alignment on priorities
  • Manage, coach and mentor analysts in your team
  • Support the Vice President – Chief of Staff on thought leadership and ad-hoc financial and strategic projects
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or any other related field; or the equivalent combination of education, training or work experience
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g. executive, management, individual contributors
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management and time-management skills
  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
