What You'll DoYou will be the strategic partner to the VP of Growth, helping the company move fast and build something better.
Lead strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution, working closely with senior leadership and department heads.
Collaborate with the VP of Growth to determine and prioritize core business strategies.
Review, design, and execute improvements to the organisational structure by seeking out knowledge and skills gaps and bringing solutions to address them.
Provide sharp analysis, recommendations, and options to the VP of Growth for high-impact decisions, including assessing risk.
Explore the technology frontier by bridging strategic partnerships in AI, robotics, and relevant fields to shape our future roadmaps.
Manage key relationships and openly track and nurture vital internal and external stakeholders, including cornerstone partners, leading brands, and investors.
Support the effective operation of our quarterly strategy planning and risk management processes.
We are looking for a direct, ambitious, and clear strategic mind who can operate at a high-level while maintaining attention to detail.
8–10 years of proven success in a demanding business management role, with significant executive-level exposure and a track record of interdepartmental collaboration.
A history of executing strategic initiatives and managing business budgets, demonstrating pragmatism and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Experience at a Tier-1 management consulting or investment banking firm is preferred.
The drive to own complex problems and deliver solutions with minimal supervision, coupled with the ability to proactively follow up on unachieved goals with actionable recommendations.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize high-value work.
Comfortable working across different cultural contexts and fluent in Mandarin.
A genuine passion for the consumer tech industry and the excellence to ensure everything we release is world-class.

To ensure rapid, friction-free collaboration and shared creative energy, physical presence is a core requirement at Nothing. This means working 5 days a week in the office and living within a 60-minute commute of the office location.
