About the Role

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling, well-funded distributed cloud infrastructure startup building next-generation AI-native cloud services. The company is redefining how compute is delivered by providing GPU-powered infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, secure storage, and high-speed data transfer through a decentralized architecture that significantly reduces environmental impact compared to traditional cloud providers.

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead the company's marketing strategy as it enters its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong B2B technology marketer who can combine strategic positioning with execution across brand, demand generation, content, and go-to-market.

You will work closely with the founders and commercial leadership to define the company's positioning, strengthen its presence in the AI and cloud infrastructure ecosystem, and build scalable marketing channels that support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment and knows how to turn complex deep-tech products into compelling stories for technical and business audiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global marketing and go-to-market strategy

  • Own positioning, messaging, brand, and market differentiation across AI and cloud infrastructure

  • Build demand-generation programs across content, digital, events, partnerships, and community

  • Develop thought leadership and content targeting technical and enterprise audiences

  • Work closely with Sales and leadership to build a scalable pipeline and improve conversion

  • Lead product marketing, launches, campaigns, and market expansion initiatives

  • Build and manage the marketing function, including hiring and external partners as the company scales

  • Track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI to continuously improve execution

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with significant leadership experience

  • Proven experience leading marketing for a high-growth technology company or startup

  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, developer platforms, or adjacent deep-tech markets

  • Track record of building positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies from the ground up

  • Strong content, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical products

  • Experience working closely with founders, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions

  • Ability to operate hands-on in an early-stage, distributed environment

  • Ability to effectively use AI tools to accelerate marketing research, content creation, and workflows

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, GPU computing, cloud, or developer-focused products

  • Experience marketing to enterprise technology buyers and technical decision-makers

  • Existing network across the AI, cloud, developer, or deep-tech ecosystem

  • Experience scaling a marketing function from an early-stage startup

  • Experience with international expansion and distributed teams

Why Join Us
  • Build the marketing function and brand of a rapidly scaling AI-native cloud company

  • Shape the positioning of a company operating at the intersection of AI, GPU infrastructure, and decentralized cloud

  • Work directly with founders and influence company-wide go-to-market strategy

  • Build a marketing organization and growth engine from the ground up

  • Play a key role in defining how the next generation of AI infrastructure is positioned in the market
