ThinkMarkets is seeking an experienced Chief Market Analyst with deep knowledge of the retail financial markets trading space. In this role you will inform, inspire and educate our client base, giving them the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in trading.

You will make use of engaging approaches to create and deliver educational material and provide timely commentary on the latest trading opportunities. Working closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams, the ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas and financial products in an engaging way. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management and have a strong desire to help others succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking a high profile, challenging role within a fast paced, global financial services company.

Responsibilities:  

  • Creating actionable and timely educational trading and markets related content across multiple mediums
  • Connecting ThinkMarkets trading products and services to opportunities and events
  • Provide market commentary on current trading opportunities
  • Posting content and commentary onto websites and social media
  • Engaging with clients and partners  
  • Hosting educational webinars, sessions and seminars both internally and externally
  • Supporting internal teams with analysis and training requirements
  • Influencing clients to stay motivated and engaged
  • Owning and leading the educational and markets content roadmap and delivery
  • Leading promotional efforts for driving commercial initiatives
  • Representing the ThinkMarkets brand positively
  • Meeting objectives and KPIs
  • Management reporting

Requirements:  

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is preferred 
  • At least 5 years experience as a Market Analyst within a financial services company
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and retail traders
  • Fluent English language skills both written and spoken
  • Proven ability and skills to handle multiple projects in high-pressure, tight-deadline settings
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work and communicate across multiple regions
  • Experience with video or TV is an advantage, but not essential
