Job Description

Ready to make an impact on globally renowned brands like Gillette, Olay, Head & Shoulders and Oral-B, that millions of consumers can’t live without? Want to grow at a company consistently recognised as one of the UK’s leading graduate employers?

Then apply for a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Procter & Gamble (P&G), which is a unique 'earn-while-you-learn' opportunity at a top global consumer goods company. This apprenticeship allows you to gain 3 years of business experience while obtaining a fully funded university degree in Business Management (BA (Hons)) from the University of Kent.

What To Expect:

During your apprenticeship, you will experience working in multiple core functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, where you will tackle real challenges as part of a wider team. This experience, alongside your studies, will leave you well ahead of your peers with a conventional university degree.

From Monday to Thursday, the role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge - an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction, and a free shuttle service from Weybridge station to the office. You will then spend every Friday during term-time at the University of Kent's Marble Arch campus in central London, where you will study relevant business concepts with apprentices from other organisations.

This apprenticeship’s duration is September 1st, 2026 – October 31st, 2029.

What You Will Gain:
  • Responsibilities and Real Work from Day1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
  • Continuous training & coaching : You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from a dedicated and experienced line-manager.
  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: This is a paid apprenticeship; the starting salary for this role is £30,000. This salary increases yearly to ultimately align with the graduate salary of £45,000 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. On top of this you’ll enjoy lots of benefits like the option to enrol in our pension, discounted P&G products, perks and flexible working arrangements. To find more information about our benefits package take a look here: https://www.pgcareers.com/benefits
  • Full-time Role: Successful apprentices have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after completion of the apprenticeship. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization, with the expectation that they will grow to be our future leaders.

Job Qualifications

What We Look For:
  • Obtained 5 GCSE's including English and Maths, with a grade of 4 or above (equivalent to grade C)' above the A minimum of 120 UCAS points (predicted or achieved) with a minimum B average (BBB) on A-Levels (predicted or achieved).
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Application Deadline: 30th January 2026

Right to Work:

For our apprenticeship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your apprenticeship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between September 1st 2026 – October 31st 2029 for a minimum of 37.5 per week.

P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.

Application Process:

  • Complete your Application by 1pm GMT on 30th January 2026: Attach a Personal Statement and a Teacher’s recommendation. In your Personal Statement please tell us (1) Who you are - your background, passions, and academic history (2) Why have you chosen to apply for the apprenticeship @ P&G? (3) What two achievements are you most proud of? There’s no wrong answer, and nothing is too big or small!

  • Initial Virtual Interviews (Jan-Feb 2026): We will confirm in January those selected for first interviews.
  • Additional Virtual Interviews (Feb-Mar 2026)
  • Final In-Person Assessment Day (9 April 2026): Final interviews will be held at P&G’s UK Head Office in Weybridge.
