We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced market research professional to supervise the monitoring and maintenance of the ChannelDynamics Global Panel. As a key member of the ChannelDynamics Global team, the CD Offering Manager will manage and monitor all aspects of the global syndicated panel operations as well as ad-hoc panel projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in panel design and monitoring, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. ChannelDynamics has seen significant growth over the past 7 years and this role will be key in driving ongoing development and growth.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage international syndicated panel projects within the pharmaceuticals sector.
  • Design and implement research panels to gather data for the ChannelDynamics database.
  • Monitor and analyze panel data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and determine budgets and timelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in market research.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management.
  •  Be key point of contact for all CD panel operations monitoring, maintenance and development, related to existing deliverables, new client demand and sales operations support in executing on panel design and launch
  • Seek efficiencies and innovative ways to improve CD syndicated panel participation across 36 countries with a focus on priority markets and specialty panels
  • Support technical & commercial teams through clear communication of requirements around both methodology and participation reporting
  • Consult, develop, and implement pilot projects, ad-hoc projects and new syndicated panels
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of all panel activity with supporting documentation, reporting mechanisms and associated analytics and collateral
  • Work with internal COEs and external agencies to plan, coordinate, implement and monitor project execution

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
  • 5 years’ experience working in international pharmaceuticals / life science market research and HCP panel design, ideally in a syndicated offering
