Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Planning & Execution

·        Develop and deliver channel marketing plans that support sell-out growth and brand visibility across key markets and channels in EMEA.

·        Localise and deploy global and EMEA marketing toolkits, ensuring seamless execution across retail and e-commerce partners.

·        Manage product launches across multiple markets, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across online, in-store, and digital platforms.

·        Plan and deliver trade promotions, POS activations, and consumer campaigns to maximise visibility and conversion.

·        Partner with retailers and distributors to drive category expansion and enhance the consumer experience at point of sale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Partner closely with the Sales, Business Unit, and wider EMEA Marketing teams to ensure alignment between marketing execution, commercial objectives, and channel priorities.

·        Collaborate with the EMEA Creative, Social and CRM teams to integrate channel activations into broader marketing campaigns.

·        Build strong relationships with key retail and channel partners, driving joint marketing initiatives and ensuring Belkin’s presence remains best-in-class.

Performance Optimisation & Insights

·        Track and analyse sell-out data, campaign performance, and ROI to optimise future marketing investments.

·        Provide regular reporting on campaign impact, channel performance, and market dynamics.

·        Leverage shopper insights and competitive analysis to continuously refine channel strategies and execution excellence.

·        Manage channel marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring all activities deliver measurable business results.

What We’re Looking For

·        5+ years’ experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing within consumer electronics, accessories, or FMCG.

·        Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, digital-first marketing, and consumer activation at the point of sale.

·        Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that drive sell-out and strengthen retailer partnerships.

·        Strong analytical and commercial mindset — able to link marketing activity to business outcomes.

·        Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate across matrix organisations.

·        Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

·        Strong communication and presentation skills; confident working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

·        Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
