Reporting to the Associate Director of Oribe EMEA, this role involves designing and implementing trade partner plans for Salon, Retail, and E-commerce to optimise success across the region. You will be responsible for driving the execution of commercial strategies and collaborating with global and local teams to identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include harmonising trade terms, managing the SDA strategy, exploring new distribution opportunities, and leading top-to-top market meetings with strategic partners. Additionally, you will coach local markets to achieve operational excellence and enhance the consumer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local markets across EMEA to lead Luxury Omni-channel expansion, utilizing effective digital marketing and in-store activities to strengthen brand presence. Track business evolution and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Execute growth strategies within the marketplace by guiding and enabling local country teams, monitoring KPIs, and iterating strategies as needed.
  • Plan and lead the execution of Oribe's EMEA Salon/Retail/E-commerce strategies, ensuring a coordinated approach with local countries, global marketing, and regional D2C teams.
  • Conduct top-to-top market meetings with strategic partners and coach local market Cluster Leads to enhance customer excellence and engagement across EMEA.

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in business or relevant startup experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the luxury retail/e-commerce environment, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Proven experience working with luxury retailers, with an advantage for those with regional team exposure in European markets.
  • Strong influencing skills to guide local account managers in executing plans and robustly tracking results.
  • Excellent collaboration abilities to work across Global, Regional, and Local Market teams, coordinating efforts to deliver on priorities.
  • Strategic thinking skills to analyze opportunities and develop holistic plans for improved performance.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate priorities and progress tied to business results across geographies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BI systems and proficiency in Excel.
