As Channel Sales Manager, you will drive incremental revenue for Körber by building and scaling a highly capable Resell Partner ecosystem for all EMEA Northern.  In this role, you will recruit, develop and manage strategic and focused partners for Körber supply chain solutions. You will work with Körber internal teams including executives, marketing, sales, professional services and product management.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Identify, recruit, and empower Resellers to integrate into Körber’s Partner ecosystem, unlocking new markets and driving revenue growth.

  • Collaborate closely with Körber Sales, Presales, and Services teams to leverage their expertise and ensure partner and customer success.

  • Strategically position Körber solutions with partners, ensuring they fully grasp the functionality, value propositions, and target markets.

  • Lead negotiations and guide partners through the onboarding process, establishing strong, long-term relationships.

  • Champion Körber Education to ensure partners are equipped with in-depth knowledge of solutions, value propositions, and support capabilities.

  • Drive impactful joint go-to-market strategies, leveraging events, webinars, and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

What you bring to the team:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, coupled with a track record of success in highly matrixed organizations.

  • Well-established network with consulting firms in your territory, alongside hands-on experience with cloud technologies.

  • 5-10 years of experience in partnership and channel sales within enterprise software, with a strong focus on WMS, TMS, or OMS logistics solutions.

  • Outstanding communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus), with the ability to effectively present complex topics to C-level executives.

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
