Job Location: Finland - Espoo (preferred) or UK - remote or hybrid

As a Channel Program Manager, you will support the channel sales team and resellers to help grow the Tekla business. In this role, you will transform the way the channel operates and help scale overall sales. This position is based in Europe.

You will design, develop, and deploy programs for Tekla reseller onboarding and channel enablement in close collaboration with the Channel Sales and supporting teams. The initial focus areas will include identifying and implementing the most impactful channel programs to drive sales growth and enhance the partner experience. You will have the opportunity to work directly with key resellers to understand their pain points and identify opportunities.

In this role, you will benefit from a combination of industry knowledge, marketing and sales experience, and skills in business development, negotiation, and project and process management. You understand strategic business drivers while also having an eye for detail, leaving no stone unturned to help our channel partners succeed and excel.

Your Key Tasks Will Be:

  • Design, develop and deploy onboarding and channel enablement programs
  • Develop channel incentive programs to drive performance and business growth
  • Run regular checks to ensure resellers meet Trimble’s requirements
  • Manage programs related to channel operations and systems, e.g. reseller data management, reporting, reseller access to Trimble systems, sales document templates, export control
  • Implement business development, revenue marketing, and key account management programs 
  • Work in channel expansion projects to develop the geographical and segment coverage
  • Help to plan and facilitate reseller events
  • Deploy technology to support key business practices 
  • Act as a key stakeholder and drive the implementation of channel policy changes

  • Ability to set priorities and work independently on both short and long-term objectives
  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Ability to motivate partners to drive business performance improvements and invest in their business
  • Open-mindedness and willingness for continuous learning
  • Ability to excel in a matrixed environment
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Marketing, sales, and business development experience
  • Understanding of Tekla product portfolio and target customers
