The Team

Our Strategic Alliances function drives growth at incident.io by partnering with hyperscalers, technology platforms, and resellers. We're scaling through stronger relationships with Google Cloud and AWS, expanding our partner ecosystem, recruiting systems integrators, and building repeatable co-sell and co-marketing motions.

As a Channel Partner Sales Manager, you'll own a portfolio of strategic partnerships end-to-end, translating executive relationships into pipeline and revenue while building the operational foundations for partner-sourced growth.

You'll work with our Head of Channels and Alliances, CRO, and cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to shape partner collaboration—from joint planning to deal execution.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Identify, recruit, onboard & manage strategic channel partners (VARs, GSIs, Solution partners); Build structured partner programs: tiers, incentives, MDF, enablement.

  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets; Work closely with enterprise sales team to co-sell and close deals through partners.

  • Deliver enablement sessions, joint solution workshops, and partner certifications; Drive adoption of incident.io’s solutions across partner sales teams.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with marketing to execute partner campaigns, events, and field activations; Work with product and engineering to define joint solutions and integrations.

What you need to be successful:
  • Experience in partner / channel sales at enterprise SaaS companies (cloud, security, AI, data infra, BI, SaaS strongly preferred).

  • Strong experience with distribution models: VARs, GSIs, ISVs, resellers).

  • Proven track record of partner-sourced and influenced revenue growth.

  • Experience building partner programs (deal registration, incentive structures, enablement).

  • Excellent executive presence; able to engage with CROs, CIOs, partner execs.
