As a Channel/Partner Sales Manager, you will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners primarily in the UK, with additional scope across the Nordics region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven company and play a key role in expanding our indirect sales footprint.

What you'll do:

  • Recruit and onboard high-potential channel/distribution partners to expand Everbridge’s reach and drive new business in the UK and Nordics.
  • Enable partners by ensuring they are trained, certified, and confident in positioning and selling Everbridge’s Critical Event Management (CEM) platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner integration and performance.
  • Drive partner-led revenue, owning and accelerating bookings through indirect sales channels.
  • Support partner sales efforts, including co-selling, joint presentations, and solution positioning.
  • Execute partner marketing campaigns to generate demand and strengthen the Everbridge brand within partner ecosystems.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to track performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain Salesforce.com  to accurately track partner engagement, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
  • Represent Everbridge at industry events, webinars, and partner-facing activities across the region.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field.
  • 10+ years of successful channel sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record in partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or communications solutions; experience in emergency communications, security, or business continuity is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com for pipeline and partner management.
  • Self-starter mindset with a “whatever it takes” attitude to drive partner success and business outcomes.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and additional European languages are advantageous.
