Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Extensive experience in channel partner marketing, digital media marketing, and CRM within retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional team.

  • Strong background in paid media (programmatic, social, search) with the ability to analyse and interpret paid media performance data to optimise campaigns.

  • Excellent project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

  • Validated ability to build collaborations, including with retailers and carriers.

  • You should be commercially savvy with a strong understanding of customer data and customer analytics to optimise engagement with customers and drive commercial value.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Leadership qualities: dedication, aspiration, and adaptability.

  • Strong collaborator management experience gained in European/Global environment

  • Excellent examples of loyalty campaign execution, putting consumer insight and experience at the heart

  • Understanding digital performance metrics & analytical background

  • Experience in crafting and implementing multi-touchpoint marketing plans across digital channels

  • Strong team and agency management skills; leading teams, providing feedback, driving performance.

  • Ability to engage confidently with people throughout the organisation, work with collaborators at different levels and persuade others while addressing conflicts in a positive way.

  • Strong data manipulation, web analytics and insight skills

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to be proactive without always having clear direction.

  • Interested and passionate in tech, smartphones and Samsung’s core product areas (electronic goods, product innovations etc)

  • Good PowerPoint and excel skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work under driven pressure

  • Multitasking abilities

  • Enthusiastic and positive with a creative and flexible approach to working

  • Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written. Clear, accurate, complete, actionable)

  • This role requires deep expertise in channel partner marketing, digital media strategies, and CRM integration. The ideal candidate will develop strategy and lead joint marketing initiatives, build strong external relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.

  • You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills to accelerate adoption of standard processes in Europe and to advise the senior leadership team within a diverse multicultural environment
