CYE is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Manager to support the execution of our global partner strategy. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Global Partner Management and cross-functional teams to drive partner enablement, operational efficiency, and ongoing partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the global partner strategy by coordinating onboarding, training, and enablement efforts
  • Assist in recruiting and integrating new strategic partners into our ecosystem
  • Manage partner documentation, agreements, and operational processes
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing resources including playbooks, presentations, and training materials
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and productivity
  • Help organize partner-related events, webinars, and enablement sessions
  • Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and support needs from partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in partner operations or channel enablement
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and indirect go-to-market models
  • Proficiency in CRM and partner portal tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms)
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving approach
