Job description
Are you ready to make an impact in the software industry by working with some of the best system integrators and partners? Akeneo's Channel Manager role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our global and local Channel team, driving the growth and excellence of our partner ecosystem.
In this role, you'll work directly with local partners to identify joint opportunities, support their growth, and help them develop expertise in Akeneo's Product Cloud. By leveraging your relationships and business acumen, you'll play a critical role in expanding our Product Experience Management (PXM) footprint and winning over more fans for the best solutions on the market.

You'll collaborate across the channel organisation and contribute to building value-driven partnerships that fuel our growth.
Reporting to: Local Channel Director (EMEA Channel Team)
Collaborating with: Local Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams
What You'll Do:

  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with key system integrators to ensure mutual success.
  • Empower partners to grow their Product Cloud expertise and expand their Akeneo business.
  • Work closely with partners to identify joint sales opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to deliver seamless partner support.
  • Develop annual business plans with key partners to align goals and maximize impact.
  • Contribute to creating the best-in-class partner program in the software industry.


Qualifications

  • Fluency Dutch and English.
  • Experience within partnerships or sales, ideally in the SaaS or software industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - to inspire and influence partners and internal teams.
  • A knack for organisation and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for navigating and thriving in a rapidly evolving business.
  • A resourceful and creative approach - you're scrappy and know how to "get it done."
