We are seeking a Channel Manager, Southern Europe to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based out of France.
Job Summary
Reporting to the International Director of Channels, the Channel Manager will manage and drive Imprivata's channel partners to ensure the achievement of the region's targets. The role involves working closely with the Regional Sales Managers and existing channel partners in France and Iberia, but also importantly recruiting new partners to make sure that the regions channel is "fit for purpose" and can capitalize on new business opportunities. This role is responsible for ensuring the channel is fully equipped to sell Imprivata's products, and this includes delivering sales training to the channel and ensuring that they are fully technically trained. Extensive travel is expected - about 50-70% of the time.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the International Director of Channel and the Regional Sales Managers to develop business via his/her channel across the Southern European region, and ensure that all targets are achieved
  • Manage the existing partners and in the future look to further develop the channel to market
  • Promote the company positively and to inspire the channel to commit to Imprivata as the preferred Identity and Access Management solution within the Healthcare sector
  • Maximize sales and revenue for Imprivata as part of the EMEA Sales team
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in full


  • Travel between 50-70% in the assigned territory.
  • Other duties as assigned and required


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in the IT industry
  • 4+ years' experience selling via the channel
  • Experience developing channels in new international territories, and will be used to developing partners around opportunity
  • Ideal candidate will have sold security solutions within the region and will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Healthcare marketplace
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to engage at the board level
  • Bi - lingual (French, English and Spanish)
  • High understanding of key business metrics within the channel and the effects these have on a vendor's performance
  • Possess enthusiasm, initiative, judgment, and a positive outlook
  • Team orientated
  • Target and results orientated
  • Strong negotiating skills and problem analysis
  • Large capacity to multi-task
  • Self-motivated
