The Role

 

Brave Bison have an exciting position open for a Channel Management Executive to join our Media Network’s sports and entertainment team in central London. This role will be a part of an expanding client-focused team, working with a number of the biggest sports rights holders and organisations in the world, with an initial focus on building a boxing challenger brand’s YouTube channel.


Key responsibilities:

  • Working with high-profile sporting clients to develop successful digital content strategies on YouTube.
  • Using a variety of tools to analyse content performance in order to feedback insights and improvements to clients.
  • Content optimisation (inc. metadata, titles, descriptions, tags thumbnails).
  • Sourcing and editing digital content to comply with the best practices across a variety of social platforms.
  • Scheduling and publishing videos in accordance with brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Working alongside the rights management team to protect the rights of key stakeholders.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to provide insights, improvements and adjustments to their content strategy, optimisation & publication schedule.

 

Desired Skills & attributes:

  • 1+ year of experience in a position working in marketing and media.
  • A social media native, who understands the differences between social media platforms and the video content that works on each – in particular, YouTube & TikTok.
  • Some knowledge of YouTube Creator Studio, the YouTube Content Management System and TikTok’s analytics.
  • Keen analytical mind that can turn data into content ideas.
  • Excellent attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to convey insights to clients with ease
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving business.
