The Role


We are seeking our first Channel Lead on the ground in the UK to cover Alkira’s International region (EMEA & APAC). This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for building, growing and scaling our channel business across both regions. You will drive the development of existing channel partnerships while identifying, recruiting and enabling new partners that will help Alkira accelerate ARR growth.


You will work closely with Alkira’s international sales, marketing and alliances teams to define and execute a go-to-market strategy that strengthens Alkira’s partner ecosystem, increases sales velocity and delivers measurable outcomes across priority markets.

Location: London, United Kingdom (UK-based, covering Alkira International region)


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and lead Alkira’s channel strategy across EMEA & APAC, starting from a strong UK base
  • Develop existing channel relationships, increasing partner engagement, pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners aligned with Alkira’s international growth goals
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners including enablement, marketing and demand-generation campaigns
  • Partner with the sales organisation to create and progress new opportunities through the channel
  • Establish processes for partner performance management including metrics, reporting and accountability
  • Represent Alkira at industry and partner events to elevate brand presence and strengthen partner networks
  • Act as the voice of the channel within Alkira ensuring partner needs are represented in international strategy

Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in building and growing channel businesses across EMEA
  • Deep knowledge of networking, cloud or security markets with strong relationships across the partner ecosystem
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners to deliver ARR growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where pace and execution matter
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to create scalable partner business models
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and regions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on (“player/coach” style)
