We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Channel Account Manager.This role is responsible for developing, maturing, managing, and scaling strategic relationships with channel partners to accelerate market adoption and pipeline generation.

As our Channel Account Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling, supporting, and growing our partners, working closely with them to deliver exceptional value to end customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to channel partners and their OT-focused customers, helping them address critical safety, productivity, cybersecurity, and secure access challenges. You will be the tip of the spear that illuminates the partners lucrative entry into the OT Buying center.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Cyolo Co-Selling motions to drive revenue growth through existing target partners
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive partner pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal execution
  • As the Channel Lead in the Cyolo POD Sales structure you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support partner success
  • Deliver partner training, sales enablement sessions, and joint go-to-market activities
  • Support partners through the full sales cycle, including technical alignment and deal structuring
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management, in cyber security such as Identity, Network/Application Security, Cloud Security, Priviledge Access Management and or Industrial Automation Networking/Cyber technologies
  • Strong understanding of cyber security solutions; experience in OT / ICS / critical infrastructure and deep knowledge of the OT/ICS Buying Center.
  • Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with local, regional and global partners
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent English
  • Extensive European travel required (approximately 70%)
