The roleAs the Change & Transformation Resourcing and Planning Manager, you will be a valued member of the Change & Transformation Office team providing expertise, challenge and advise on governance, quality assurance and controls. This role will ensure that the organisations resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve project and business objectives, balancing the demands of various stakeholders while maintaining operational efficiency.

The personWe are looking for someone with experience as either a Senior PMO, Delivery Manager or a Resourcing and Planning Manager, who has experience of resource management in a cross functional change transformation environment. You will have excellent knowledge of industry standard Change and Transformation Office tools for resource demand and management. An ability to analyse data is fundamental within this role to ensure resource utilisation across the portfolio is effectively managed. You will be able to highlight and provide regular reports to the Change & Transformation Committee on resource availability, allocation and potential resource challenges associated with delivery.
As the C&T Resourcing and Planning Manager, you will have the ability to provide support across a variety of business disciplines and can demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in complex stakeholder environments. An ability to work using your own initiative is key for this role. Organisational skills and a proven ability to adapt and re-plan due to competing or changing priorities is crucial. The successful candidate will be keen to introduce new ideas and ways of working to help develop best practice within Change.
