The role

As the Change & Transformation Resourcing and Planning Manager, you will be a valued member of the Change & Transformation Office team providing expertise, challenge and advise on governance, quality assurance and controls. This role will ensure that the organisations resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve project and business objectives, balancing the demands of various stakeholders while maintaining operational efficiency.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

The person

We are looking for someone with experience as either a Senior PMO, Delivery Manager or a Resourcing and Planning Manager, who has experience of resource management in a cross functional change transformation environment. As the C&T Resourcing and Planning Manager, you will have the ability to provide support across a variety of business disciplines and can demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in complex stakeholder environments. An ability to work using your own initiative is key for this role. Organisational skills and a proven ability to adapt and re-plan due to competing or changing priorities is crucial. The successful candidate will be keen to introduce new ideas and ways of working to help develop best practice within Change.

Our values of integrity, community and alignment are the guiding principles that influence our behaviour. They help us make decisions and shape our relationships with others.
