Role Overview

 PDI is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven change request coordinator to assist the EMEA Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized to efficiently manage their time and accomplish their goals. A friendly and articulate personality to work with PDI team members as well as customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Professional Services project managers by managing change requests (CR) through the estimate, approve, schedule, build, test and deploy lifecycle within PDI.
  • Assess new change requests raised by our customers through the enhancement request tools at PDI to determine if the work is chargeable.
  • Act as the customers primary contact and manage billable CRs through the PDI agreed process to deliver the enhancement to the customer.
  • Coordinate and facilitate CR related meetings with larger customers to report on progress, answer questions and address concerns.
  • Liaise with the PDI Support and Engineering teams. Coordinate with the engineering teams who use scrum and sprints to ensure timely delivery of CRs. 
  • Work with the EMEA PDI Account Managers to ensure commercials are agreed with customers before any development work begins on enhancements.
  • Work with the EMEA finance team to ensure correct invoicing is issued when a CR is successfully deployed for a customer.
  • Provide updates to PDI management on EMEA billable CRs progress against SLA.

  • Exhibits strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all organizational levels, internally and externally. 
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills as well as dashboards, spreadsheets, billing, and systems. Attention to detail with billing and finance. 
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities from various constituents with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle and software development terminology.
