We’re hiring an Change Manager – Technology as part of our Technology team working on a hybrid basis from any of our main UK offices.

Role Purpose

The objective of this position is to design, lead and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end change management strategy and processes for the transition to a new technology support operating model.

The Change Manager Technology will also lead and implement the change management strategy and processes for the continuous improvement and change in the support model going forward e.g. by using more Artificial Intelligence and Tooling.

This role also encompasses all aspects of change management and communication required to ensure the successful adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, lead and execute comprehensive end to end change management strategy and processes to achieve successful transition to new technology support operating model, emphasizing internal communication and employee engagement.

  • Lead change impact assessment, collaborate with key stakeholders across different countries to understand the impact of change on their teams and tailor the project activities, accordingly, defining how dentsu can navigate the change successfully with all markets.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plan, and draft all communications to ensure consistent messaging at all levels of the organization

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan to support the transition to the new ways of working.

  • Work closely with leadership in Technology, Business, Operations (COO), HR and Delivery to align the strategy with overall business objectives.

Skills/Qualifications 

  •  Proven experience as a Change Manager or project manager, preferably within a technology or digital media environment, who has experience of navigating complex changes within a multi-market environment.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey change initiatives to all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work with a level of ambiguity within a business environment that is experiencing wider organisational changes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics.

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and change management.
