Job Description
This is a newly created role that will lead change management activities across multiple projects within the Northern Data Group. It represents an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to support a business through a period of rapid growth, with a direct impact on a broad range of employees.
This role includes supporting the implementation of technology to maximize user adoption across several new projects, which will require consistent training and adaptation across the business. Close collaboration with the internal communications team will be key in promoting awareness and educating users on new ways of working.
As a vital part of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will be required to support project teams in bringing projects to life and delivering measurable impact across the business. Collaboration and communication are essential to this role, ensuring alignment and seamless coordination among all stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define, implement, and lead a change programme across the organization, including developing methodologies and approaches.

Advise the Programme leadership team on risks associated with change management implementation, providing recommendations and resolutions.

Identify and consult with key personas and conduct change impact assessments.

Support the design of new business processes informed by change impact assessments.

Guide and empower ‘change ambassadors/super-users’ to promote awareness and user adoption of technology and new business processes.

Collaborate on the design and delivery of a communications plan, working closely with the internal communications team.

Develop and deliver training plans and expectations for user behavior change, ensuring these are measurable, especially across multiple projects.

Provide direct support to project teams within the PMO, helping them bring projects to fruition and ensuring they have a positive impact on the business.

Advise on best practices and act as an ambassador for change management throughout the organization.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Proven experience in change management methodologies and tools, including deploying, shaping, and delivering change management programmes. Experience in the context of purchase-to-pay (P2P) technology and SAP S4/HANA is highly desirable, as well as experience with procurement processes.

Skills: Strong ability to influence others toward a common goal and work independently. Capable of challenging norms, especially at senior or C-suite levels.

Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster alignment among project teams and stakeholders.
