Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Change Lead to join our HR Cloud Transformation Programme. You will be instrumental in driving the successful transition from on-premise Oracle to Oracle Cloud, shaping change projects that promote adoption and deliver a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will help ensure this transformation is not just a technology upgrade, but a step-change in how we work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management strategy and execution for the HR technology transformation, including migration to Oracle Cloud, decommissioning legacy systems, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Partner with senior HR and business leaders to secure alignment, sponsorship, and engagement across all levels.
  • Design and deliver change plans, communications, and training to drive adoption and readiness.
  • Collaborate with HR Communications to create compelling materials that build excitement and share updates, actions, and next steps.
  • Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance, applying proactive strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, impact, and readiness across workstreams, using data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the systems integrator to leverage external expertise and ensure best-practice delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change programmes, ideally within HR and across global matrix organisations.
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Tailor your communication style to a diverse audience and demonstrate strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Creative and culturally aware approach to change management.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and resource planning.
