- Herzstück Ihrer Tätigkeit: Koordination und Vorbereitung von internen und externen Projektterminen
- Aktive Kommunikation mit Lieferanten per Telefon und E-Mail (z. B. Statusabfragen, offene Punkte, Informationen einholen)
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Protokollen - insbesondere für SE- und Lieferantentermine
- Strukturierung offener Aufgaben, Verteilung an interne und externe Partner sowie zuverlässiges Nachhalten
- Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen und enge Abstimmung mit zentralen Schnittstellen (Einkauf, Logistik, Vertrieb, Qualität, Controlling)
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Trackinglisten (insb. Excel)
🎓 Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie idealerweise mit
Ausbildung & Erfahrung
- Ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation
oder
ein technisches Studium (z. B. Kraftfahrzeugtechnik) - Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, gerne auch als Assistenz oder Projektassistenz
- Routine im automobilen Umfeld
Fachliche Kompetenzen
- Starke Fähigkeiten in Organisation, Struktur und Planung
- Sehr sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
