The Role

We are seeking a Change Communications & Engagement Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across complex client environments. This role is heavily focused on the change management, helping organisations navigate change through clear messaging, stakeholder engagement, training and effective adoption strategies.

You will partner with consulting teams, senior stakeholders, and programme leaders to design and execute communication and engagement approaches that drive awareness, readiness, and behavioural change. The role will also support clients through emerging technology and AI-enabled transformation programmes, requiring the ability to communicate complex change impacts in a clear, engaging, and people-focused way. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, leadership briefings, town halls, and feedback sessions to support successful adoption and business readiness.
  • Partner with consulting and delivery teams to assess organisational impacts, identify change risks, and implement communication strategies that improve adoption outcomes.
  • Support client relationship development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and broader commercial or business development activities where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering communications and engagement activities within change management, transformation, or AI implementation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement strategies, and organisational change methodologies.
  • Previous consulting experience with the ability to manage stakeholders across complex organisational environments.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with experience creating engaging and audience-focused content.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Commercial experience supporting client growth, proposals, account development, or business development initiatives

Bonus Points For

  • Experience within financial services, digital transformation, or customer experience programmes.
  • Familiarity with AI adoption, emerging technology communications, or digital workplace transformation initiatives.
