OneERP will roll out a global ERP solution based on the standardization of transactional processes for all businesses in Alfa Laval, necessitating a strong change management focus. This is why we are looking for YOU, our Change and People Development Specialist, to bring value and support in shaping OneERP’s success.

About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change and People Development Specialist to strengthen our Change and Communication team. The team’s scope includes the OneERP as an organization as well as cross-global Alfa Laval projects. We are responsible for OCM, internal and external Communication, Training and People development. The ideal candidate excels at creating good relationships with stakeholders, HR, and our technical experts and has extensive experience in people development and change management.

This role involves collaborating with central functions to build efficient processes and engagement while also supporting organizational change management and activities for the ongoing global D365 rollout projects. The environment is fast paced, with shifting priorities that make each day unique and challenging.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

You will ensure that stakeholders are engaged throughout the change process, liaising with central and local HR to ensure good change management support for the end users. You will also be a natural part of the talent acquisition and reskilling processes. In order to succeed in this role, it is also important to be able to communicate clearly and be able to quickly simplify complex material.

Change Management:

  • Roll out and manage the changes required to achieve the intended benefits of the project, such as cultural, organizational, and business-related changes.

  • Perform assessments to determine the change impact for each local project and take proactive action to support stakeholders and system users in adapting to new processes.

People Development

  • Strategic competence planning within the OneERP program and the line of business through reskilling, knowledge transfer, and competence development.

  • Working through the global HR community to support and facilitate the transformation needed to ensure the objectives of OneERP across Alfa Laval.

  • Support talent acquisition processes to find the right candidates globally to fill the roles needed in OneERP.

  • Support projects in the users’ training journey.

Training

  • Support the development and maintenance of the training strategy for the rollout projects to ensure a smooth transition from old to new systems and drive a continuous learning culture.

  • Collaborate with central and local HR to support leadership development training to equip them in managing the impact of transformational change.

You will report directly to Change and Communication Lead OneERP. This position will be based in Lund, Sweden, with a possibility to travel internationally approx. 60 days/year.

Who you are

You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization. Thriving in collaborative environments, you work seamlessly with both global and local teams, effectively navigating shifting timelines, requests, and deliverables. We believe you are proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrating the ability to think strategically while managing the details of execution.

As a natural communicator, you have a proven ability to engage diverse audiences, whether facilitating meetings, leading workshops, or crafting compelling messaging. Your talent for simplifying complex concepts allows you to explain technical information in a clear, engaging, and easily understood manner. In fast-paced environments with tight deadlines, you remain composed and flexible, effortlessly adapting to changing priorities while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism.

What you know

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or a related field, with certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR considered a valuable asset. A deep understanding of digital transformation projects and their impact on organizational culture and processes is essential. With a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale change initiatives, you bring hands-on experience in People Development processes within a global environment.
