Job Scope

Lead Global Cetaphil Sector Marketing (Body and Baby). Responsible for leading the global body and baby sectors, including the commercial innovations on the core products, the innovation masterplan and commercial development (incl. 360 toolboxes).

  • Strong leadership and ability to get things done.
  • Ability to lead multifunctional innovation project teams and work effectively across a global matrix enterprise. Must be able to give strong guidance to cross-functional team to maximize support.
  • Strong ability to build, define and articulate product & marketing strategy with a foundation in science.
  • Strong Brand Building capabilities with experience in advocacy and digital first marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view effectively to senior leaders
  • Product Innovation experience in global or regional roles in competitive markets
  • Strong appetite for SkinCare, Beauty and Science.
  • Ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data, to insights, to action) and to provide solid business rationale, clear sense of structure, accountability, timelines, and urgency.
  • Growth Mindset and Developed Curiosity will be key.

  Career Stream Tasks

  • Lead Global product strategy, marketing and branding for key Cetaphil product ranges.
  • Design and Develop integrated Global 360 activation toolboxes for key product and commercial innovations, in line with brand equity and strategy.
  • Lead multi-functional global team throughout product development phases.
  • Closely partners with key markets to understand and deliver on their needs.
  • Identify short and long term business opportunities for key product ranges.
  • Partner closely with scientific team to identify superior formulas and claims to solve consumer unmet needs.
  • Partner closely with multi-functional commercial team to bring in together complete global toolboxes.
  • Manages budget and timelines with strong stewardship.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or business with master’s degree  preferred
  • 8+ years in Beauty (Skincare preferred) marketing Global or Regional Role.
