OMD UK is the London hub of the world’s biggest media network, home to a suitably world-famous cast of brands and a hugely ambitious, positive group of people. From McDonald’s to Barclays, PepsiCo to British Gas, Mercedes to Channel 4, we exist to help clients transform and deliver growth through marketing. Our Client Leadership team are a critical part of that effort, challenging clients, driving bold comms planning and constantly challenging what’s possible. It is a team built on empowerment, respect, knowledge, and curiosity, and one with a huge role to play in the future of the agency. 

Working in close collaboration with senior client leadership, you’ll have an opportunity to create answers to clients’ biggest questions, shaping long-term priorities and driving bigger, better and more effective work. You’ll help our clients understand their customers, their behaviours and motivations, and use it to fuel better decisions, inside a dynamic and connected team. 

We are looking for an Account Director who will have influence across the team and clients, lead responses, look round corners, be confident across the whole funnel (from brand to retail performance) and be credible and compelling with clients. If you think you can help us do that, get in touch.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
