What you will do:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution
- Distribution/WH management provides business analysis, development programs and recommendations within defined business scope and responsibilities, based on customer/stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure a robust, cost-effective, timely and environmentally friendly distribution and warehousing execution of products and services in accordance with established Supply and Distribution strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and fulfill customer orders
- Regional governance to assure Customer Satisfaction, Delivery Precision, Environmental Impact
- Manage distribution support & governance.
- Proactively monitor all aspects of the order to ensure timely acknowledgments and alignment with customer or project specifications.
- Prepare and test business continuity plans across the region
- Lead Claims Process, assure seamless process and delivery of claims and return management
- Drive adherence to Ericsson's Last Mile of Supply strategies and processes, ensuring information dissemination and taking corrective actions.
- Lead the transformation of Last Mile of Supply operations, adhering to global processes and tools.
- Drive and lead transformation programs for digitalization, automation and standardization of the process

Education:
- BSc. in Engineering or equivalent degree
- 7-9 Years of experience
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; French language skills are a plus.

- Traveling flexibility of > 50% of the time
