  • Oversee daily supply planner workloads, priorities, purchase orders, sales orders, and supplier interactions.
  • Maintain, review, and communicate up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training for supply planning processes.
  • Manage daily operational requirements and statements of work (SOW) for Central Spares warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL/2PL) providers.
  • Drive the supply chain and operational integration of new products into the Central Spares ecosystem.
  • Manage inter-site stock transfers and maintain meticulous inventory data accuracy with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve invoice queries by identifying root causes and support the monthly spares financial reporting process.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven operations management experience within a demand and supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrable line management experience with a track record of leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Deep understanding of S&OP and operational processes, along with hands-on experience using MRP/ERP platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain workflows.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace tools, CMMS, and advanced ERP/MRP software.
