📍 Location & Eligibility

This role is based in the UK (London area) and follows a hybrid working model. We’re ideally looking for candidates who are already located nearby or open to commuting as needed.

CDP Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a CDP Manager with strong Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) expertise to lead the foundation of data-driven customer engagement.

In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day management, optimization, and activation of the Customer Data Platform, ensuring data is clean, connected, and actionable across the entire digital ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology, enabling real-time segmentation, personalization, and smarter decision-making.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex data environments into scalable, high-impact marketing capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Own & Manage the CDP

  • Lead the operational management of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Oversee data ingestion pipelines, schemas, and real-time processing
  • Monitor platform performance, data flows, and overall health

Enable Audience Segmentation & Activation

  • Define and manage audience segmentation strategies
  • Partner with marketing teams to activate audiences across web, app, email, and paid channels
  • Support real-time segmentation and trigger-based engagement

Ensure Data Quality & Governance

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Define and enforce data schemas and identity resolution strategies
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and global privacy standards

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with data engineering, marketing, product, and analytics teams
  • Align data architecture with marketing and personalization needs
  • Troubleshoot data issues, integrations, and segmentation challenges

Drive Advanced Personalization & Insights

  • Enable AI-driven segmentation and advanced personalization use cases
  • Support experimentation and campaign optimization
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure performance and generate insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) (must-have)
  • Strong background working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
  • Experience supporting marketing teams with audience segmentation and activation
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, identity resolution, and data modeling
  • Familiarity with data governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR)
  • Strong collaboration skills across data, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other enterprise CDPs or marketing platforms
  • Exposure to personalization, AI/ML-driven segmentation, or experimentation
  • Background in sports, media, or fan engagement ecosystems
