- Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer assistance
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Recommend and locate appropriate merchandise for customers
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed about in-store promotions, offers, and loyalty programs
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of current trends
- Create a customer-friendly environment and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
