Job Description

• Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance throughout their shopping experience
• Assist with product selection, styling advice, and up-selling
• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and organized at all times
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
• Stay up to date with the latest product trends and promotions
• Help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and targets

Qualifications

• A passion for the Jack Wills brand and fashion
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
