Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week Tues – Thurs

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (dependent upon experience)

The Role

Reporting to the Casino Promotions Team Lead, this role will cover all aspects of Casino promotions and marketing with a focus on Bonus campaign planning, marketing and analysis, as well as segmentation and customer journeys.

You will develop a clear understanding of player activity to help increase retention, cross-vertical activity, and revenue. You will work with relevant teams across the business, such as CRM, Design, Casino Team, Ops, etc. to ensure the effective delivery, sign off and implementation of campaign creative briefs to produce solid campaigns that can be released to customers.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Delivery of all Casino promotional activity on both desktop & mobile platforms
  • Building & testing all Casino promotion mechanics from start to finish ensuring the best possible customer journey
  • Creating new & existing customer offers across Casino
  • Work with the Acquisition Team to drive welcome offers & improve conversion rates
  • Working closely with the Sport Promotion Team to maximise cross-sell opportunities during key sporting events
  • Planning ahead with the CRM Team to ensure full support of all campaigns via email, log in messages, push notifications & SMS
  • Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Copywriting and Design).
  • Continuously analyse performance on an ongoing basis and focus on enhancing player Conversion, Retention and Reactivation.
  • Help with weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways.
  • Work with the Insights team to help assess promotional performance for Casino
  • Competitor analysis and reporting
  • Creating and implementing ideas and suggestions for new Casino products & offers
  • Promoting new Casino content and coordinating with the Casino Ops Team both on app and web
  • Working with the Product Team and input to their roadmap

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing promotions within the Gaming industry-Casino an advantage
  • Knowledge and interest of online gaming products
  • Extremely organised
  • Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive
  • Excellent with time management and ability to multitask
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
