  • Shape the strategy and roadmap of a core platform powering multiple products and international markets;

  • Discover product opportunities proactively, turning insights into impactful initiatives before business requests emerge;

  • Drive product discovery through customer research, behavioral analysis, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making;

  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from validating ideas and defining requirements to successful delivery and continuous optimization;

  • Collaborate with HQ leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities;

  • Build solutions that create measurable improvements in engagement, operational efficiency, and overall product performance;

  • Contribute to a product-led culture by championing experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

We need your professional experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry;

  • Proven experience developing digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration;

  • Strong expertise in product discovery, product strategy, and identifying opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research;

  • Hands-on experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in software product development environments;

  • A data-driven approach to product decisions, with confidence interpreting metrics and validating hypotheses;

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and balancing diverse business and technical priorities;

  • Have experience in iGaming, platform products, multi-market solutions, or modern AI-driven product practices.
