Role: Cash Operations Specialist

Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Radius Park, Heathrow

Working Hours: Shifts range between 7am-8pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: £12.75 per hour

The Role

To maintain currency cash stock. To extract and schedule customer sales order files containing foreign currency through processing systems, maximising automation and optimising workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Travelex internal departments i.e. Finance, Customer Services, CRM’s etc.
  • Professional and tailored interaction with external customers to include the provision of agreed data.
  • Continuous and regular interaction with stock suppliers and forecasting company resolving issues and differences
  • Manage physical stock ordering of cash, ensuring that stock replenishments are ordered and received in timely fashion according to forecast requirements.
  • Administer and update stock control records and inventories.
  • Ensure that all audit warnings are escalated and actioned real time.
  • Daily queries are received from Customer Services, Finance and all areas of Retail Operations. Using your understanding of systems, processes and implications resolve each query in a timely manner.
  • Diligently conduct quality checks
