Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join the team in the UK.


We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to support the effective management of employment-related disputes, with particular responsibility for Employment Tribunal proceedings and ACAS Early Conciliation matters.


Working closely with key internal stakeholders, third-party solicitors and the in-house legal team, you will help ensure that cases are managed proactively, accurately and in accordance with required legal and procedural timescales.


What you will be doing:

  • Conduct investigations and support disciplinary hearings under the Disciplinary Procedure and supporting People Leaders with Grievances raised by Employees
  • Support people leaders with conflict issues and driving a speedy resolution
  • Help manage the end-to-end process for tribunal claims and requirements for early conciliation
  • Train, support, and guide leaders in all aspects of Case Management
  • Produce Trends and Analysing data for all Business area on various Employee Relation aspects
  • Responsible for identifying lessons learnt on all processes and identifying and implementing improvements
  • Driving compliance and continuous improvement in all relevant policies, procedures and practice
  • Identify legal challenges and resolutions
  • Identify policy and procedure changes based on legal updates  

Position qualifications:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience of supporting Employment Tribunal proceedings and ACAS Early Conciliation matters.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience within an employee relations, HR case management, legal operations or employment law environment.
  • Knowledge of settlement agreements, without prejudice discussions and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Experience of supporting witnesses and coordinating preparation for preliminary or final hearings.
  • A relevant HR, legal or case management qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
