Job Description:

Hydrafacial is looking for a Capital Sales Manager UK - Nationwide who will focus on the sale of capital equipment by selling into aesthetic practices, med-spas, or resort spas via hunting for new business. The CSM will proactively generate leads for their assigned territory, in addition to those passed on by the local Inside Sales Rep (ISR)/direct from the company as well as manage the end-to-end sales process including frequent follow-ups to close the sales. The CSM will work together with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Regional Training Specialist (RTS) of the territory for initial device installation and training as well as consumable product support. 

 

What you’ll do: 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Accountable for the end-to-end sales experience: from lead generation & management to financially closing the deals. 

  • Introduce Hydrafacial into clinics by engaging everyone in the business from physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and/or office managers. 

  • Identify potential customer needs, by their outcomes or ROI, and help those clients understand how to position the Hydrafacial treatment inside their practices and businesses. 

  • Generate leads by working the territory through cold-calling strategies; including walk-in business visits, phone calls, client networking, and social media avenues. 

  • Maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly sales targets. Develop strategic selling techniques, using marketing tools and resources, to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience. 

  • After the sale, connect new customers to an outstanding team member on the Account Management team (BDM) who will then pick up the consumables side of the business and continue to help customers achieve their goals using the Hydrafacial devices. 

  • Assist at trade shows in-country & sometimes EMEA to ensure device sales are achieved. 

  • Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool for comprehensive record-keeping and analysis consistently, quickly and accurately. 

  • Maintain high standards of data quality within the CRM system to support reliable reporting and decision-making processes. 

  • Accurate and timely management of pipeline in confirmed sales sheet and CRM. 

  • Aid BDMs to conclude Trade-Ups and Second device sales.  

  • Drive highest possible Average Selling Price (ASP) for devices. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 
     

What you need to know: 

Experience/Skills/Education 

 

Required: 

  • Minimum 5 years account management or new business hunting experience.  

  • Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) or selling into high-end resort spas and clinics – having relationships in your territory is key!  

  • Experience prospecting to new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques and initiatives.  

  • Extensive travel is required; valid driving license a must. 

  • Experience executing specific examples of closing sales based on return on investment and success helping medical practices or spas build a business around your products. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Good understanding of math in order to explain business models.  

  • Driven, self-starting, highly competitive and motivated to win. 

  • Fluency in English a must.
     

Desired: 

  • Beauty or aesthetics industry experience. 

  • Experience selling capital equipment to physicians. 

  • Experience selling via 3rd party finance model. 

  • Fluency in English.
