The purpose of the role is to lead the building of required capability to enable the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation, which is a global program to transform Haleon’s  processes and systems for Supply and Demand Planning and overall IBP.   This role will work within the program while connected to the QSC Capability Lead, to design and develop curated blended learning programmes, that build the required future-ready capability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the capability build program, with the ability to work across key elements of the end to end learning process and specifically the early diagnosis and high level design components
  • Manage all levels of business unit/function stakeholders effectively; demonstrating strong business partnering skills and highly accountable for the design and delivery of fit for purpose solutions. Use business and commercial knowledge to challenge, influence and make informed recommendations on an ongoing basis.
  • Co-ordinate the effective development, deployment and embedding of competency framework across the business areas/functions and ensure these are aligned to the future IBP vision.
  • Oversight of the design, development and deployment of the training & learning platforms for IBP, leveraging a variety of solutions to create engaging learning and development experiences that drive individual and organisation performance
  • Leverage, identify and apply relevant internal and external improvements to the development of capabilities, applying evidence based critical reasoning to ensure learning solutions are sustainable, future-ready and business driven

Experience

  • Supply chain or commercial operations
  • Learning, HR, Organisational Psychology
  • Leading the design and delivery of learning programmes from concept to delivery, interpreting and challenging customer needs
  • Applying learner centred experience design, running focus groups and user testing.
  • Evaluating, selecting and managing 3rd party suppliers.
  • Prioritising work and running multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of working with a diverse audience to design solutions that work across regions, cultures, roles and levels
  • Developing strong relationships and networks to get things done
  • Embedding, sustaining and measuring behaviour change as a result of your work

Additional Competencies

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the end to end learning process within a global organization i.e. learning needs assessment, programme design and delivery and learning evaluation & assessment
  • Consultancy skills that help to uncover and solve real problems with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
  • An aptitude for designing memorable, effective experiences that change behaviour.
  • Understanding of blended/hybrid learning delivery methods, tools, formats and platforms, and the ability to look for new solutions that challenge the status quo when needed
  • Ability to use different experience design methods to suit audience needs, time and budget requirements.
  • Awareness of best practice approaches within the external learning profession and a desire to explore these in support of learning innovation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
