You'll support candidates through their assessment journey to join the British Army, in a fair and welcoming environment. You'll carry out physical and psychometric tests, apply scoring guidelines, and help evaluate each candidate’s potential.
This is a full-time, on-site role. It includes overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week, plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running assessments with candidates, ensuring there is a fair testing environment
  • Scoring candidates using set criteria and providing clear feedback
  • Discussing career options with candidates and guiding them through next steps
  • Writing reports to help Recruiters and Trainers understand each candidate’s abilities

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills

  • Clear communication and people skills
  • Supportive and approachable attitude
  • Team player with good organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Full UK Drivers Licence

Desirable

  • Some knowledge of Army careers
